Eboni Staton, Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager for CMC, LLC, believes that following the K.I.S.S principle can not only solve most problems in life, but also business. Eboni brings to the table a dedicated, bilingual professional with strong business, analytical, and planning skills. Detail-oriented and able to coordinate the efforts of many to meet organizational goals, she is able to elicit business needs, and document for project planning with technical teams. Eboni enjoys the challenge of creative problem solving and working as a contributing member of the team. With a background in multinational business, Eboni has extensive experience in the Asian markets and is intimately familiar with the challenges of international operations.
Before joining the CMC, LLC team, Eboni worked with the boutique SAP consulting firm Whitaker-Taylor, developing and implementing strategies for International Expansion.
Eboni has a MBA with a focus on Corporate Strategy and Marketing from Tsukuba University in Ibaraki, Japan and a B.A from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Sherisse Steward
Business Development / Global Marketing Manager
Sherisse Steward is the business development and marketing manager for CMC LLC's global offices. Before assuming her current role, she contributed to H5 Technologies, Inc. as its marketing analyst as part of the lead generation team.
Prior to graduate school, Sherisse worked for several global advertising and marketing communications agencies, including: Leo Burnett Worldwide, Euro RSCG Worldwide (Chicago and New York offices) and The Caraway Group, Inc. as the senior account executive for consumer goods, technology and lifestyle brands.
Sherisse leads CMC's efforts in business development primarily with mid-to-large sized organizations, and serves a number of key clients. Her chief task is to identify viable leads while developing the organizations brand development and positioning within the industry space and reprise management team members of business activities, potential threats, opportunities and strategic recommendations.
Sherisse holds an M.B.A. in marketing/global emerging markets from American University and a B.A. in journalism from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
