Anthony E. Braddy

Chief Executive Officer/Managing Principal

Anthony E. Braddy founded CMC, LLC in 2008, with over 10 years experience in the Information Technology industry. Having held positions of responsibility and accountability in all software development and project/program management, his vision was to create an organization that helped their clients improve overall efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging process improvements combined with innovative usage of new and existing technologies. In addition to being the lead architect for business process reengineering projects, Anthony leads the charge in securing new business opportunities and key corporate decisions.

His primary project is working with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (U.S. Treasury Department). While there, Anthony is responsible for managing all test efforts that potentially impact the agency's corporate infrastructure and analyzing their existing test processes for improvements. As a result of this analysis effort, he has helped create a custom test management process that was adopted agency wide and lauded by other Treasury Department sub-agencies.

During his tenure, he has also received the "Chairman's Award" for technical contribution in recognition of outstanding initiative, technical skill and customer service and his consulting firm was awarded the "Dedicated Service Provider Award" from the U.S. Treasury Department for outstanding support to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. His technical experience encompasses the federal government, pharmaceuticals, banking, web, e-commerce, education, environmental, and legal industries.

Anthony is also active in his adopted community of Washington, DC as a member of the DC Chamber of Commerce.

Anthony holds a B.A. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

William S. Washington

Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President

William Washington is the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for Capital Management Consulting LLC's United States offices. Before assuming his current role, he contributed to Oracle Corporation as its educational practice, senior account manager. William helped manage a multi-million dollar territory, provided client-consulting services as well as furnished long-term core technology and application software training options to organizations, such as the Genzyme Corporation, John Hancock, Partners HealthCare.

William also contributed to Sage Software Inc.'s, Fixed Asset Solution (FAS) division, managing its CPA-practice software tools. During that time, he interfaced with Sage's Product Development practice and clients, such as Deloitte, KPMG and Grant Thornton LLC, to ensure the product's category superiority, efficacy and seamless integration.

While William spends most of his time leading CMC's efforts in business development, primarily with mid-to-large sized organizations, where he serves a number of key clients. His chief task is to apprise management team members of business activities, potential threats, opportunities and strategic recommendations.

Oracle and Sage have both recognized William for his hard work and dedication to clients, ushering in his "Inner Circle" qualification. He was also titled the top sales representative in 2007-2008, and received numerous quarterly quota achievement awards. He was also recognized by the city of Pittsburgh for participating in their inner city mentoring initiatives as well as the Autism Society of America for his contributions. He is also a member of Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce and works with the United Way of Central Virginia as a part of their Executive Program.

William holds a B.A. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Sherisse Steward

Senior Principal - Business Development/Global Marketing Manager

Sherisse Steward is the business development senior principal and marketing manager for CMC LLC's global offices. Before assuming her current role, she contributed to H5 Technologies, Inc. as its marketing analyst as part of the lead generation team.

Prior to graduate school, Sherisse worked for several global advertising and marketing communications agencies, including: Leo Burnett Worldwide, Euro RSCG Worldwide (Chicago and New York offices) and The Caraway Group, Inc. as the senior account executive for consumer goods, technology and lifestyle brands.

Sherisse leads CMC's efforts in business development primarily with mid-to-large sized organizations, and serves a number of key clients. Her chief task is to identify viable leads while developing the organizations brand development and positioning within the industry space and reprise management team members of business activities, potential threats, opportunities and strategic recommendations.

Sherisse holds an M.B.A. in marketing/global emerging markets from American University and a B.A. in journalism from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
